How it works

A clearer path to prescription diluents.

We’re developing a telehealth service that brings clinician evaluation, prescription review and pharmacy delivery together for sterile diluents and injection supplies. Begin with a new evaluation or build on a prescription you already have.

Two ways to begin

Start where you are.

Clinical evaluation

Need a clinical evaluation?

The evaluation pathway would begin with your current medicines, care needs and questions. A clinician would assess whether a prescription diluent is appropriate and determine the next step.

Existing prescription

Already have a prescription?

The existing-prescription pathway would begin with prescription verification and a review of the specified product. From there, the next steps for pharmacy fulfillment would be explained.

The planned care journey

From clinical review to pharmacy delivery.

Our goal is to connect the essential steps, with a clear role for your clinician and the dispensing pharmacy.

  1. Clinical evaluation

Review your medications and care needs with a clinician, including the diluent specified for your medicine. This is the starting point for the evaluation pathway.

  2. Prescription, when appropriate

A clinician determines whether a prescription is suitable. If you already have one, the separate pathway begins with verification of your prescription and its requirements.

  3. Pharmacy delivery

Pharmacy fulfillment and delivery follow the necessary clinical and prescription checks, subject to eligibility and availability.

Your questions, answered

Before you begin.

Does an evaluation guarantee a prescription?

No. Any prescribing decision would depend on a clinician’s assessment of your individual needs.

Can I use a prescription from another clinician?

An existing-prescription pathway is part of the plan. Its verification requirements and pharmacy process will be explained before the service opens.

When will availability and pricing be announced?

We’ll share launch timing, eligibility, pricing and delivery details as they are confirmed. The waitlist is the place to receive those service updates.

What happens when I join the waitlist?

You sign up for updates on our upcoming telehealth service and occasional promotional emails featuring other brands. Follow any email-confirmation instructions after signup. Joining does not book an appointment or begin clinical care, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
