Site information
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how information is handled when you browse BacteriostaticWater.com, join our email list or contact us. Our planned telehealth service is in development; the current signup is not a medical consultation or clinical intake.

01
Information you share
Our email form asks for your email address. When you follow a product-specific signup link, it also records the product interest displayed on the form and, where available, the selected presentation. This information is saved with your subscription so we can understand your interest and provide relevant updates. You can also use the general signup without choosing a product.
Signing up means receiving updates on our upcoming telehealth service and occasional promotional emails featuring other brands. It does not create a separate subscription with those brands. We also keep the subscription status and related records needed to manage the mailing list.
If you email us or use the contact form, we receive your email address, message and any optional name or topic you provide. We use this information to respond and manage your request. Sending a contact message does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Please do not send medical records, prescriptions, personal health details, payment details or other sensitive documents through the general contact form or email.
02
Website information
Shopify hosts this website and processes information about your visits and submissions. Website services may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed and interactions. Cookies, pixels and similar technologies support website functions, security, preferences, measurement and advertising-related services.
03
Shopify & connected services
Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled. Information is shared with Shopify to operate the site and provide enhanced services that also draw on interactions with other merchants and with Shopify, including personalization and advertising-related services. Shopify and other service providers may process information in countries outside where you live. Read Shopify’s Consumer Privacy Policy for its practices.
The site has a connected Google & YouTube integration for website measurement and advertising-related processing. The connected XFlow Back in Stock app also has a website pixel and can process activity for its notification and related measurement features. Which events these services receive depends on their configuration and the permissions applied to a visit.
Google Fonts supplies the site’s typography, which means your browser requests font files from Google’s servers. See Google’s Privacy Policy and XFlow’s provider privacy policy for more information.
04
Temporary browser storage
Our signup page temporarily stores the displayed product interest, presentation, page path and time in your browser’s session storage. This helps retain the context when the form returns a response. The site ignores context more than 30 minutes old. This particular storage entry does not contain your email address; the form sends your email separately to Shopify.
05
Other websites
Product references and any advertising or promotional links may take you to separate websites. Their own privacy notices govern information they collect. Our email signup does not itself sign you up for another brand’s mailing list.
06
Retention & security
Information may remain in subscription, correspondence and platform records after your visit ends. Retention depends on the record’s purpose, subscription preferences, requests and applicable legal obligations. Stopping promotional emails is different from deleting all related records. Contact us to discuss a specific record or request.
No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep sensitive medical and financial information out of general website inquiries. This policy does not describe a clinical records system.
07
Your choices & requests
You can ask to stop promotional emails or make another privacy request by emailing contact@bacteriostaticwater.com. If an email includes an unsubscribe link, you can use that link as well. Tell us which email address or interaction your request concerns; please do not attach identification documents unless we arrange an appropriate way to verify your request.
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct or delete information, or object to or limit particular uses. We may need additional information to verify and respond to a request. Not every request requires or permits deletion of every record.
Visit Shopify’s Privacy Portal for requests and choices concerning Shopify’s own processing, including advertising-related uses. For this website’s requests, use our contact email. Browser settings can control some cookies and local storage, but do not necessarily stop information already sent or processing outside your browser.
Our Privacy choices page brings together these request options.
