While we are doing our best to ensure the fastest shipping and delivery, your order may take slightly longer to arrive due to delays with shipping carriers nationwide. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Carriers:

Our carriers include USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS.
P.O. Box, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders will ship via USPS only.

Payment:
Payment in full is required prior to your order shipping.

Business Days / Holidays:
Orders ship Monday through Friday and must be received by 2:00 pm CST to qualify for same day shipping. All others will ship the following business day, EXCLUDING holidays and weekends.

Transit Times:
Our transit times are based on USPS and UPS estimated delivery days. Transit time BEGINS when the carrier has accepted the package. We DO NOT guarantee receipt of your order in the stated number of days provided at check-out due to intermittent carrier issues, inclement weather, or other factors out of our control. Once your package has transferred to the carrier it is no longer within our control.

Guaranteed to ship same day ordered if placed by 2:00 pm CST | M-F only. 

Delivers in 1 - 5 business days. 

STANDARD GROUND

Delivers in 1 - 5 business days. 

VALUE SHIP

Ships via USPS Ground Advantage

Delivers in 1 - 14 business days depending on location. 

USPS PRIORITY EXPRESS

Delivers in 1 - 2 business days. Saturday delivery is NOT guaranteed per carrier. 

UPS NEXT DAY AIR

Delivers in 1 business day. Saturday delivery is NOT guaranteed per carrier. 

UPS 2nd DAY AIR

Delivers in 2 business days. Saturday delivery is NOT guaranteed per carrier. 

UPS carriers may NOT deliver Next Day Air on Saturday if your order ships on Friday. Saturday is only considered a delivery day when Priority Saturday Service is chosen. This service requires an additional fee. 

If you would like guaranteed Saturday Delivery please contact customer service at info@sterilesolutionsllc.com before 1:30pm CST. 

ORDERS WITH EXPRESS OR NEXT DAY AIR SHIPPING FEES PAID ON FRIDAY AFTER 2PM WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL THE FOLLOWING MONDAY. 

Tracking Information:
Please retain your tracking information to track your delivery’s progress.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 24 hours of receiving a shipping notification, please contact us as soon as possible. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to retain the tracking information provided at the time of shipping and follow the delivery progress of their package.

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON STOLEN PACKAGES.

Any disputed delivery MUST be reported within 3 days of the package’s scanned delivery date in order to begin an investigation with the carrier.

RETURNED TO SENDER packages will be refunded minus the shipping fee paid.

Viewing Orders

After an order has been placed a confirmation number will be sent to the customer's email address provided at check out. The order number, tracking number, and all updates regarding the status of the order will be forwarded directly to this email address. If your notifications aren't displaying in your inbox, please check your spam folder. 

If no notifications have been received within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact customer support at info@bacteriostaticwater.com and request your tracking information. 

Updating Account Information

To update account information, which may include addresses and/or payment details, click the "My Account" link located on the top right of our website and login.

We work hard to ensure 100% accuracy and satisfaction of your order.
The following criteria MUST be met for our customers to request a return for a replacement or refund:

Quality Issue: Any deficiency in manufacturing that results in the product becoming unusable. This MUST be reported within 5 days of scanned delivery date.

Product Recall: Any items that have been recalled by the manufacturer will be accepted if returned by the deadline date on the recall notice.

Order Processing Error: Customer received the wrong item(s) and/or quantity of items. This MUST be reported within 5 days of scanned delivery date.

Product Damaged In Transit: The damage item(s) MUST be reported within 5 business days of delivery date.

Our returns department evaluates and authorizes product returns.
If authorized, an RMA number will be assigned. Customers are responsible for obtaining a return label from their preferred carrier and returning items within 14 days of receipt of the return label. Once received by our facility, we will process your refund. This can take up to 7 days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

We NO LONGER accept returns for:

Wrong Item Ordered: We cannot guarantee product sterility once the item(s) has left our possession and as a result, we cannot resell them to customers in good conscience. Our customer’s safety is our priority! Please check your order BEFORE completing your purchase at check out.

CLEARANCE item(s): ALL SALES FINAL

Liquids, Creams, or Other topically applied item(s): ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Dilutants for Reconstitution of Medicines: ALL SALES ARE FINAL
