Our carriers include USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS. If you have a preference as to who will deliver your order please contact us at email@example.com with the carrier choice.
P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO packages, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders will ship via USPS only.
Payment in full is required prior to your order shipping.
Business Days / Holidays:
Orders ship Monday through Friday and must be received by 2:00 pm CST in order to qualify for same day shipping. All others will ship the following business day. EXCLUDED are holidays and weekends. Orders placed on a federal holiday that carriers observe will ship the following business day.
Our transit times are based on USPS and UPS posted delivery days. We DO NOT guarantee receipt of your order in the stated number of days due to intermittent carrier issues, inclement weather, or other factors out of our control. Once your package has transferred to the carrier it is no longer within our control.
- Expedited – guaranteed same day shipping on orders placed Monday thru Friday by 2:00pm with quickest delivery available
- Value Shipping – begins at $6.99 for estimated delivery in 7 to 9 business days
- Standard Shipping – begins at $7.99 for estimated delivery in 5 to 7 business days
- Express Shipping – begins at $34.99 for estimated delivery in 1-2 business days
- Free Shipping for orders totaling $199.00 or over – estimated delivery in 7 to 9 business days

Our online ordering system is secured using the latest SSL technology. Personal payment information is protected through various encryption and security systems. All communication is kept confidential. Credit card information is NOT stored for your protection.

We work hard to ensure 100% accuracy and satisfaction of your order.
The following criteria MUST be met for our customers to request a return for a replacement or refund:
- Quality Issue: Any deficiency in manufacturing that results in the product becoming unusable.
- Product Recall: Any items that have been recalled by the manufacturer will be accepted if returned by the deadline date on the recall notice.
- Order Processing Error: Customer received the wrong item(s) and/or quantity of items. This MUST be reported within 5 days of scanned delivery date.
- Product Damaged In Transit: The damage item(s) MUST be reported within 5 business days of delivery date.
Our returns department evaluates and authorizes product returns. If authorized, an RMA number will be assigned. Customers are responsible for obtaining a return label from their preferred carrier and returning items within 7 days of receipt of the return label. Once received by our facility, we will process your refund. This can take up to 7 days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
We will NO LONGER accept returns for:
- 1. Products Incorrectly Ordered: We cannot guarantee product sterility once the item(s) has left our possession and as a result, we cannot resell them to customers in good conscience. Our customer’s safety is our priority! Please check your order BEFORE completing your purchase at check out.
- 2. Any BOGO (Buy One Get One free) or CLEARANCE item(s): ALL SALES ARE FINAL
- 3. Any liquid, cream, or other topically applied item(s): ALL SALES ARE FINAL
- 4. Dilutants for Reconstitution of Medicines: We cannot guarantee product sterility once the item(s) has left our possession and as a result, we cannot resell them to customers in good conscience. Refunds are processed within 72 hours and are applied to the method of payment at the time of purchase.

After an order has been placed a confirmation number will be sent to the customer's email address provided at check out. The order number, tracking number, and all updates regarding the status of the order will be forwarded directly to this email address.
