Shipping Policy

Orders are mailed from our facility located in the United States. Shipping rates are determined during checkout and may vary with specific requests. A tracking number will be emailed within 24 hours after the order has been mailed. If a large quantity of bacteriostatic water or a specific product is needed, then please email us to ensure that the product is in stock. We are no longer mailing international orders at this time.

  • Same day shipping for orders placed before 2:00 PM CST.
  • Next Day Air orders made on Friday may not arrive until the following Monday. 
  • Free Shipping for all USA domestic orders over $199.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. Our online ordering system is secured using the latest SSL technology. Personal payment information is protected through various encryption and security systems. All communication is kept confidential.

Return Policy

Our company manages customer returns with the goal of making you happy.
The information below details our return policy. We work hard to ensure 100% accuracy and satisfaction of your order. The following criteria MUST be met for our customers to request a return for replacement/refund:
 1. Quality issue: Any deficiency in manufacturing that results in the product       becoming unusable.
 2. Product Recall: Any items that have been recalled by the manufacturer will be   accepted if returned by the deadline date on the recall notice.
 3. Order processing error: Customer received the wrong item(s) and/or quantity   of items. This MUST be reported within 5 days of scanned delivery date.
 4. Product damaged in transit: The damage item(s) MUST be reported within 5  business days of delivery date. Due to the growing concern of communicable  viruses and ever-changing health policies we will NO LONGER accept returns for:
 1. Incorrect item(s) ordered: Please check your order BEFORE completing your  purchase at check out.
 2. Any BOGO (Buy One Get One free) item(s): ALL SALES FINAL
 3. Any liquid, cream, or other topically applied item(s): ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Our returns department will evaluate and authorize product returns. Once authorized, an RMA
number will be assigned, and a return label will be emailed to the address on file. Customers
are responsible for returning items within 7 days of receipt of the return label. Once received by
our facility, we will process your refund. This can take up to 7 days to appear on your statement
depending on your bank. Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
If your order shipped for FREE and you are returning, the shipping cost will be deducted from
your refund.

Viewing Orders

Within 10 minutes after an order has been placed a confirmation email will be sent to the customer's email address. All updates regarding the status of the order will be forwarded directly to this email address. To view order updates, click the "My Account" link located on the top right of our website and login. Then navigate to access order history and status updates.

To update account information, which may include addresses and/or payment details, click the "My Account" link located on the top right of our website and login. Browse the left navigation sidebar under the "My Account" heading to update any necessary information. For further assistance contact
