A tracking number will be emailed within 24 hours after the order has been mailed. If a large quantity of bacteriostatic water or a specific product is needed, then please email us to ensure that the product is in stock. We are no longer mailing international orders at this time.

All orders are covered by our 30 Day return policy. All returns authorized by BacteriostaticWater.com are subject to a restocking fee of 15% and must be completed within 30 days from the date of purchase. Customer is responsible for arranging shipment of the product back to the appropriate warehouse. All products must be returned unopened and in resalable condition. Before returning any product, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained. No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number.
