I am still awaiting the physical package due to USPS issues. I went ahead and re-ordered to expedite receiving needed supplies. When I re-ordered I chose just bacteriostatic water and chose UPS as the option this time.

I received shipping label creation notification within a couple of hours and customer service even emailed me to say they noticed I re-ordered and that they added the other items from the small injection kit to my order.

That is excellent customer service - I can not speak directly to the quality of product or material yet but the company seems to care about their customers. This bac water seems to be of good quality. Hopefully this arrives soon and shares the same level of quality as the terrific customer service.

My previous review involved mostly issue with USPS and myself wondering why I chose that option rather than UPS.
